Since entering the new century, our country’s high school music education has made important progress in the national new curriculum reform. But due to different regional economic and cultural differences in the development of larger, different regions, different schools of music teaching hardware and software, resulting in a high school music curriculum reform and development of regional differences, this paper to the 01 version, version 11 high school music curriculum is modeled, curriculum implementation of regional differences do in-depth research, and strive to achieve the state for the status of high school music curriculum reform and the reality of regional differences do rational and comprehensive analysis, objectively reflect the degree of regional differences, caused by the reasons and reform ideas, to narrow the gap as a their own efforts.This study is based on the background of the new curriculum standard of high school music, starting from the high school music teaching, Luonan County, Shaanxi Province, five high schools do as the object of study, through to the teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey, the school leadership and management departments visits, interviews, access the parents of the students, to participate in various school classroom practice and extracurricular activities etc., to collect a large number of first-hand materials. The effects of the promulgation of the "new curriculum standard" since, the county high school music education development in. Through the investigation of the present situation of the local high school music curriculum, from the angles of society, schools, teachers, students and parents for analysis and comparison, summed up the high school music curriculum development conditions and resistance to, according to the different problems put forward specific countermeasures. After investigation and analysis, it is found that the high school music education in the county has a serious polarization between urban and rural areas, lack of teachers’ strength and low utilization of textbooks. These problems are mainly due to the old concept of education, lack of attention to music education, education purpose and other reasons. In view of the above problems, this paper to the status quo of Luonan County, five high school music education based, to the contents and principles of the "new curriculum" as a criterion, the theories and methods of music education based on, from different levels is proposed with feasible suggestions and countermeasures.
