China's current "ordinary high school music curriculum standards(experiment)" was issued in 2003,the reform of basic courses in 2003 is unprecedented,has been implemented for more than ten years,for our country's basic education has made a certain contribution to better promote the development of quality education.However,with the continuous development of social economy,science,culture and other aspects of globalization,the society has higher requirements for talent demand and ability and literacy,and the rise of the core literacy research at home and abroad.In this context,guided by the spirit of the 18 th and 19 th national congresses of the party,in accordance with the party's educational policy and objectives,in order to better implement the party's fundamental task of building moral character in education,China has also carried out a deepening reform of basic education.In 2014 the state council issued "on deepening the reform of the examination recruitment system implementation opinion",4 years,the national textbook committee review in early December 2017 by the new curriculum plan and standard,then on January 17,2018,the ministry of education officially released "the ordinary high school music curriculum standards(2017 edition)",and put into practice in the fall of 2018.This article is divided into three parts.A comparative study of the two versions o f the curriculum standards was conducted through literature research,comparative res earch,and questionnaires.The first part of the thesis is the introduction,including the research background and research status,research purpose and significance,concept d efinition and literature review.The second part is mainly aimed at the overall framew ork of the two versions of the curriculum standards,the nature of the curriculum,the b asic concepts,the curriculum objectives,the curriculum structure,The course content,academic quality,implementation recommendations are compared and analyzed;the t hird part reflects and summarizes the conclusions of the study,as well as the advantag es,shortcomings and prospects of the study.
