Ideological and Political course in high school is the national compulsory course whose content covering the fields of economy, politics, culture and philosophy. With its teaching goal for the students to master the knowledge and skills at the same time, through the wonderful teaching process and scientific teaching methods, it cultivates students to form right life view,value and world view, and also analyzes and solves problems the problem through Marxist basic theories and viewpoints.Ideological and Political course and the ideological and Political course resources are complementary and inseparable. Although the teachers’ awareness of curriculum resources in school and the ideological and political course is increasing day by day, but there are still some problems in the course of the effective use of curriculum resources, such as, the gap between the reality of education and the national macro-policy, the various unbalance of school education funding in its use, the subject background resources’ not keeping up with the actual changes in the rhythm, etc.. Through the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, observation of education method, the thesis analyzes the problems and causes of the effective use of resources of Ideological and Political course in-depth, integrates the theoretical research with empirical research in high school ideological and Political course resources,propose some suggestions on effective utilization of senior high school the course resources,raises and cultivates the awareness and attention to the curriculum resources cultivate, improve the level of effective utilization of the course resources, effectively use the curriculum resources to connect the teachers and students closely in the teaching practice, organically integrates school, family and society, unify the goal, promotes the reform of curriculum evaluation mechanism, and really play the role of learning and value guidance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is to narrate the concept and characteristics in high school ideological and political curriculum resources in detail, the second part further investigate, the third part put forward problems and analyze the reasons, the fourth part put forward strategies and suggestions.
