The concept of the new curriculum of high school ideological and political course emphasizes that classroom teaching should be close to student life,pay attention to the cultivation of students' quality,be based on the development of students,highlight the main position of students,and pay attention to the guidance of student behavior.As one of the important curriculum resources for senior high school ideological and political classes,current political resources have the advantages of timeliness,variety of forms,comprehensiveness of objects,realism of feelings,value orientation,etc.,and the development and use of political resources in ideological and political education.Can better implement the requirements of the new curriculum reform,make up for the lag of the ideological and political teaching materials,and jointly serve the ideological and political education.However,at present,there are few related books and researches on the development and utilization of political resources in the political teaching of senior high schools in China,and teachers' awareness in this area is not strong.The author distributed questionnaires to teachers and students from four high schools in different regions and levels in Gansu Province and conducted in-depth interviews with classroom teachers of the three generations of middle-aged and young teachers.He found that the development and utilization of political and political resources of the ideological and political teachers are not high and the quality is poor.Innovation,the selection of current political resources is not value-oriented in content,the integration of the use of political resources and teaching content is low,lack of pertinence,the lack of development and utilization of current political resources,the strong test-taking,the exploitation of current resources,the use of middle school students to participate in the development of Poor,the development and utilization of current political resources and the reality of the students,the actual local inconsistencies and other issues.The above problems are subjectively related to teachers who are the subject of development and use.Objectively,they are related to the limitations of current political resources.On the basis of consulting a large amount of related literature and combining my own three years of ideological and political teaching experience,the author puts forward that the optimization of development and utilization of current political resources can be optimized from the following aspects: regularly participate in related special training and lectures to improve teachers' ability;well-designed Classroom teaching,carrying out diverse current affairs activities,enhancing student's ability to participate;in-depth study of teaching materials,accurate mining of political and political materials,making classroom teaching easy to understand;establishing evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms conducive to promoting development and utilization of current political resources;Genius broad,resource sharing.At the same time,the author takes a typical example of the use of political resources in the ideological education of high schools.A preliminary attempt was made.Such as the use of current political resources to introduce new courses,the use of political resources to create teaching situations,the use of political hot spots to interpret a knowledge point of the teaching materials,use of current affairs cases to break through the teaching difficulties,as well as carry out political simulation classes.
