Along with the fast development of the reform and the increasing comprehensive national strength of China, Chinese has become popular in many countries, which has started a new round of "Chinese hot" that many countries starts the Chinese course as the second language course. From the point of the current research status, researches on Chinese teaching evaluation in South Korea’s high school are seldom and researches on formulating South Korea’s high school Chinese teaching effect evaluation are much rarer. At present, for the researches on Chinese teaching effect evaluation in South Korea’s high school, most scholars study only from teachers’ view. In the teaching process, teachers play the leading role,and students stand on the principal position, so we should start from the point of view on both teachers and students to study Korean’s high school Chinese teaching evaluaion. This paper takes advantages of the author’s convenience, applying the questionnaire investigation to do practice survey on South Korea’s high school Chinese teaching effect assessment, through giving out questionnaires to collect first-hand information, providing true and reliable information for this paper. According to the practice situation, it has laid the solid foundation of practices for setting South Korea’s high school Chinese teaching effect evaluation index. In this paper, it used literature analysis, questionnaire, comparative analysis and other methods, to do research on the following questions: the attention degree of Korea’s high school to the Chinese language course at present, classroom teaching effect of South Korea’s high school Chinese teachers, Chinese learning effect of South Korea’s high school students.Based on the above researches, the author conclude that South Korea’s high school’s Chinese teaching effect is not very good, school’s emphasis on Chinese language course is low, teacher’s teaching strategy and method are not rich, teacher’s ablities of teaching and rethinking in the process of teaching is low, relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious enough, students’ with low learning motivation, and high expectation, wrong learning attitude and worse study strategy. According to the above conclusion, give some suggestions from the aspects of school, teacher and student, and try to make out evaluation index for South Korea’s high school Chinese teaching effect.
