With the rapid development of China’s economy, the quality of higher educationis facing many challenges, such as: the grand scale of development and highereducation funding inadequate investment constraints has improved the quality of ourhigher education; higher education from elite education is moving towards mass trackeducation. The traditional concept of education and training model in fission occurs;highly educated demand for high-quality educational resources, while maintaining autilitarian motivation to learn job search, leading to higher quality standards andquality evaluation system caused huge dislocation between; various matters tasksundertaken as diverse colleges’ continuing education, which greatly impact on theteaching center position in college. Colleges and universities must have high-qualityeducation to develop high-quality talent. Teaching supervision plays an important rolein determine process and situation analysis of teaching quality monitoring and schoolmanagement in colleges And it is a key link of teaching-quality, teaching-management arrangement and high-quality talent training improving.This article mainly use education, sociology and theory of teaching andprofessional supervision, select Teaching Case XX specialization constructionsupervision, to explore the strategies and paths educational supervisor to enhance theeffectiveness of specialized construction through systematical research and analysis.First, this paper demonstrates the professional background, theoretical andpractical significance of teaching supervision, and conclude the contents of this thesisresearch, research methods and technology roadmap; Meanwhile, interpret ate theeducational supervisors and construction-related professional education, sociology,professional and other basic principles and theories of connotation by detail; Secondly,conducted an empirical analysis of the effect on educational supervisors specializedconstruction evaluation through the construction of specialized anatomy teachingsupervision Case XX University; Finally, based on these studies, the paper proposedsome ways on the construction of university teaching professional supervision oftop-level design, the basic elements, safeguards strategies and seeks to make some modest reform and development of university teaching, improve teaching standards,improving the quality of higher education.
