The thesis researches the issue of students'evaluation on teaching effect which is mainly about the students'evaluation on class teaching quality in colleges'teaching management affairs. Class teaching is the central link of teaching process and also the epitome of teachers'teaching quality. Class teaching quality is directly related to the teaching quality of colleges and universities. How to improve teachers'class teaching quality is always the issue cared by colleges, teaching management departments, teachers and students. We must give effective evaluation to teachers'class teaching in order to improve it. Students are the chief parts of evaluation on teaching effect. However, students'evaluation has different problems more or less in specific practice. And these problems affect teaching quality to different degrees; meanwhile they reduce the justice and rationality of evaluation on class teaching effect. Therefore, research of students'evaluation on teaching effect is of great value. The thesis sets forth the significance of students'evaluation. Setting Shandong University of Technology for an example ,we point out the problems existing in students'evaluation on teaching effect and analyze the factors that affect the quality of students'evaluation through a great deal of literature data and investigation and analysis. Finally we put forward countermeasures to improving it.The thesis is totally divided into three parts.Part one: It sets forth the significance of students'evaluation on teaching effect.Part two: It analyzes the problems and reasons existing in present students'evaluation on teaching effect. According to the diagnoses from students, teachers and related experts, we nail down the problems existing in students'evaluation on teaching effect at present, and then analyze the factors which affect students'evaluation quality from five aspects: students, teachers, courses, organizing mode and target system.Part three: It puts forward countermeasures to improving students'evaluation quality at the base of four aspects: the basic principle which should be insist on students'evaluation, the scientific content and target system which should be confirmed, the organization and management which should be strengthened in students'evaluation and the students'evaluation results which should be scientifically processed and effectively used.The thesis processes the data of students'evaluation through method of range theory. Compared with the traditional method of data process, it has more powerful practical value. It can strongly instruct our practical work. The true purpose of students'evaluation is diagnose and improvement。The thesis analyzes the issue of students'evaluation with pertinence.
