Nowadays with the development of the society and the acceleration of pace of life, the social pressure that the female at the young age have has been increasing. According to the current situation that the female at the young age do the body-building exercises and the features of their physiological development,with the combination of scientific, artistic, recuperative, fat-loss and shaping yoga exercises, the study of this thesis will have a research about the female at the young age do yoga in the recreational center of Shanghai Normal University and collect the relative data about the seven aspects of body shape, body function, physical quality, balance of motion and quiescence, blood vessels,bone mineral density. Then, the influence of yoga exercise for the female at the young age will be discussed. It will be a study with application value, which will offer the theoretical basis for popularization and promotion of yoga exercise,improve yoga exercise consciously, give the advisory opinion for the effect of yoga exercise.Research purpose:Discuss yoga exercise on young female body shape, physical quality, body function, movement, blood vessel function, bone mineral density and the influence of sleep quality of yoga for the future promotion and development to provide scientific theory and practical experience, for the more scientific and healthy yoga exercise.The research methods:In this thesis, yoga exercise and its influence for the female at the young age are the main study. The literature material method, experimental method,comparative analysis and mathematical analysis methods have been used. There are 72 young women to be intervened to do yoga exercises for 60 min every time and twice a week. And this experiment lasted for 10 weeks.The results of the study:After yoga exercise, the physical condition of the female at the young agehave improved obviously, the rate and radio of body fat have declined, the content of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat has decreased, the very significant difference have appeared(p<0.01);Compared with the result before experiment,the radio of muscle mass and the weight of removal fat has significantly increased before the test, and the weight of removal fat(p<0.05) and the radio of muscle mass(p<0.01) has changed; The average body weight and index of physical quality declined after test, but there was no significant difference for weight and index of physical quality after T test(p>0.05);the total score body component increased significantly, it shows Yoga exercise for fat loss and muscle have certain effect to control weight.Second, yoga exercise can improve the seat before body bends, the power of gripping, vertical jump, sit-up and physical quality index can increase( P<0.01). It shows that after yoga exercise is good for joint movement,ligament flexibility, muscle contraction of the young female people.Three, compared with no yoga exercise, the vital capacity and step index have increase after exercise( P<0.01), the result shows yoga exercise can improve the body function of cardiovascular system and respiratory system of the young female people.Four, compared with the result before test, the result of eyes closed with one foot and dynamic balance has improved(P<0.01), then yoga exercise can help the young women keep the balance.Five, yoga exercise can improve the bone mineral density of the young women through the data analysis of the yoga exercise before and after, T-value,Z-value, bone strength and fracture risk index all have changed distinctly(P < 0.01).Six, yoga exercise has a good effect on vascular function of the young female people through the analysis of the function of blood vessels. The results show that the elasticity of blood vessel has improved(p<0.05) and the strength of blood vessel obstruction has declined(p<0.05).Seven, the efficiency of daytime work and the sleep quality have changed before and after yoga exercise(p<0.01), especially sleep quality, sleep efficiency,(p<0.05), but sleep time falling asleep time and sleep disorder have no significant difference(p>0.05), no person used the sleep medicine. It is concluded that yoga exercise can improve the sleep quality of the young female people.
