Hot yoga as an important part of yoga, is getting popular in recent years. Compared to the traditional yoga at room temperature, in 38oC high temperature environments, hot yoga can do even greater range of motion and stretch. By twisting, bending, stretching and strength of the static exercise, hot yoga directly stimulates the nerve and muscle systems and thus helps lose weight, improve body flexibility and adjusting the spine morphology. In hot yoga are able to relieve insomnia, back pain, cervical spondylosis, migraine headaches, gastrointestinal diseases, for the young white-collar workers and movie stars. Due to its good reputation of helping practitioners to lose weights in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, Hot yoga becomes popular quickly in other cities with new hot yoga center coming. Since hot yoga just has been carried out for a short period, it is not confirmed whether or not the practice at the high temperature harms human body.In particular for hot yoga's effect on fitness by collecting data from practitioners before and after hot yoga, and control group with normal temperature yoga, this paper analyzes how hot yoga influences body composition, body shape, and explore the effectiveness, describes the body in different aspects of the impact of rich theoretical system of yoga, but also to the directional guidance of yoga practitioners, so that different groups of people to choose their own yoga.By analyzing experimental results, we obtain useful conclusions as follows:1. Hot yoga on the body fat percentage and muscle percentage of the obvious changes that can reduce body fat, increasing muscle content, but reduced fat compared the effects of yoga and little difference at room temperature. Experiment, bone mineral content and bone mineral density did not change, that can not use this exercise to build strong bones.2. Hot yoga on the body shape of the indicators have improved, weight loss, increase flexibility and improve spinal function has a significant role, but the effect and no significant difference compared to room temperature yoga.3. Hot yoga on the physical function of the indicators have improved significantly, you can increase vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake, and enhance the body's heart and lung function; lower resting heart rate and improve the level experimental index, enhance the human cardiovascular function. Compared with the normal temperature yoga, hot yoga on the physical function improved more significantly, better than the room yoga.
