ProposeTo compare with the effect of the three exercise methods (simple aerobic exercises,simple yoga exercises and aerobic exercises combined with yoga) and analyze the changes of young women's physical quality,physiological functions and body composition, we wanted to find the limitation of simple aerobic exercises and simple yoga exercises in improving young women's physical fitness. It is the most important to discuss the comprehension substantial and application of aerobic exercises combined with yoga. It offered new theory foundation for improving young women's physical fitness. Methods65 graduate female students at the age of 25-30 years were divided into three groups: simple aerobic group (group I ) with 21 people, simple yoga group (group II ) with 21 people and aerobic exercises combined with yoga group (group III) with 23 people. Every group had 10 weeks training and 3 times every week, 60 minutes every time. We used heart rate to control the exercise intensity and used the 60%-85% of maximum heart rate as target heart rate. We measured the number at the beginning and the end of exercises. All data were analyzed by Spss 12.0. Results1.After 10 weeks, group I 's vertical jump score improved (2.11 ±1.40) cm,standing long jump score improved (2.43 + 2.09) cm, vital capacity increased(189.62 + 91.79) ml, there is more significant improvement than the beginning...
