Because of the influence of examination-oriented education, the home-school cooperation in my country only focus on training teenagers intellectual factors, while ignoring the importance of non-intellectual factors on the growth of young people, including the importance of emotion, will, personality, leading some young people to become increasingly cold, selfish, violent, anti- frustration ability and the ability to deal with the problem correctly is low. Faced with the same growing campus crisis, the kindergartens and primary and secondary schools in the United States began to promote social and emotional learning programs, in order to cultivate students’ social and emotional competence, and the home-school cooperation act as an important way is widely used in social and emotional learning programs, which not only promotes the student achievement in school, but also a lot of bad behaviors of students has also been improved.The ecology of human development theory is based on the interaction of human and various ecological environment, and explores the effects of different ecological environment on human behavior and development in the ecological environment. In this study, using the ecology of human development theory as the theoretical framework for the analysis, combined with literature analysis method and comparative research method to make a deep analysis of home-school cooperation case in social and emotional learning project, summed up why the home-school cooperation in social and emotional learning project can achieve remarkable results, and respectively put forward opinions and suggestions for home-school cooperation of our country from microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem in the ecology of human development theory, to create a good development space for the healthy growth of young people. |
