Human development is the product of the interaction between people and the environment, with the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength, more and more people are concerned about pre-school education, and the promotion of children’s health, harmonious and comprehensive development of pre-school education has become a top priority. "Kindergarten Education Guidance Program(Trial)" clear requirements: "Kindergarten should provide healthy, abundant life and activity environment to meet the needs of children’s various aspects of development requirements, so that they aquire the experience beneficial to both physical and mental development of life in a happy childhood." Environment is the third teacher of children, how to make the environment and children to engage in dialogue in the teaching activities, play educational function of the environment, while also effectively promote the development of physical and mental health of young children seem very important.In this study, education environment of A kindergarten in Zhangzhou is the subject of the study, the use of qualitative research methods, entering the site more than a month of research. Studying from the perspective of Micro- ecology of human development ecology, the writer analyzes the kindergarten education activities environment from three aspects including activities,relationships and roles. A randomly selection from large medium and small three kindergarten classes conducted follow-up observations, and the problem is not observed on the three classes of six teachers face to face interviews to collect more comprehensive data and information, also collecting using the text books, curriculum materials, test and so on. The study found A kindergarten education ecological environment there are several problems in these three areas : type of activity in the kindergarten curriculum center-based educational activities, games less than normal, rigid fragmented activities, active objects random chaos, lack of activities in the process of integration, the main activities symbiotic less than normal, active time fixed stiff, narrow enclosed space, the lack of activity material failure, lack of teacher-child interaction casual, superficial emotional connection one-sided, weak understanding of the role of teachers and children.As for the existing problems of educational environmental activities, the author puts forward some suggestions: Optimal combination of educational activities to improve the level of child care activities; reform the implement of educational activities to improve the psychological momentum early childhood activities; improve humen relationships, promote children’s social development; build a reasonable expectance to children,shift the role of teacher-child sexual orientation. I hope to enlighten the development of kindergarten education environment from theory and practice, and make contribution to getting out of the dilemma in the way of education environment.
