Junior middle school is the important period for students from childhood to young change, is also the individual growth of the critical period, student’s world outlook, outlook on life and values are mostly in the period of junior middle school students to form, which will for their future life p roduced important influence, this phase to develop good habits, the formation of strong ability, will enable the individual lifelong benefit. Among the many abilities, self-management ability is one of the most important abilities, and it is also one of the important indicators for the evaluation of students’ ability. This ability is especially valuable for rural middle school students, who are relatively few and lack of confidence. How through carry out the students’ autonomous management practice, through self-education, self-service, self perfection, promote middle school students to develop a code of conduct, forming good campus learning atmosphere, to Suiqian children for rural middle school students mainly has the vital significance.In this paper, we first review the research status at home and abroad about students’ autonomous management, along with the status quo of Jiading District X Middle School Students’ autonomous management practice, focusing on rural junior high school students autonomous management practice, effect and existing problems, and on this basis, put forward to further promote students’ autonomous management suggestions and countermeasures, especially mining the independent management of rural junior high school students norms of beh avior effect, care about the students’ development in the process of independent management, in order to new period in school management to better carry out independent management in rural middle schools, promoting students’ healthy growth and speed up the school development.
