Class management is an important part of school management and a key factor of school education.The quality of class management work directly affects the school's style of study and school spirit.Only when the class management work is done well,can the school's education and teaching work be carried out smoothly.At the same time,students' independent management is the main content of class management.Only by managing the work of students' independent management well,can teachers get rid of the complicated class management and improve the efficiency of class management,thus making the school management work smoothly.Junior high school students are in the early stage of physical and mental development,and their sense of independence is gradually enhanced.There are many class managers do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' independent management ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the issue of junior middle school students' autonomous management.However,it should be noted that the role of students' independent management in class management is only an auxiliary role,rather than a leading role.In the process of class management,the implementation of students' independent management is not only conducive to the training and cultivation of students' independent thinking,but also conducive to the implementation of school education and teaching,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of class management.Currently many schools promotes students'management mode,in practice,however,there are many problems,investigate its reason,is our for the implementation of students' management mode there are many pitfalls,grasp the bad degree of autonomous management,in the process of implementation of students' management mode,must be strictly formulate corresponding rules and regulations,strengthen the guide of students' management,at the same time pay attention to the pertinence and timeliness of students' autonomous management.This research mainly USES the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the individual interview method,through to the student's questionnaire survey and to some students and the teacher in charge of the class's interview,has analyzed the student's independent management to have the following questions:in the class management work,many teachers have neglected the student self-management ability training;The nanny-style or police-style class management mode makes students passively adapt to the class management work,resulting in students'lack of enthusiasm and interest in self-management.And some class managers delegate all the power to the hands of students,making the class management order chaos,class management efficiency is low;Due to family education and their own reasons,students lack self-management awareness,self-management ability is weak.Based on the theory of management by objectives,the theory of education by subjectivity and the theory of humanistic management,the author puts forward some Suggestions to the head teachers,students and their parents from the perspective of researchers through practical research.Strengthen their own learning,improve the efficiency of class management;Improve the class organization,so that students have the opportunity to participate in class management;Make class system scientifically.Cultivate students'confidence in self-management;Pay special attention to class cadre team construction;Appropriate encouragement for students;Strengthen the guidance of students'independent management.Change the concept of family education,pay attention to the cultivation of students' independent ability;School teachers to strengthen communication with parents and so on.Due to the limitations of research conditions,this study is mainly conducted on the questionnaire and interview of some students,head teachers and leaders of X middle school in nanle county,henan province.Therefore,the representativeness is not strong,and the survey data and interview summary are not comprehensive enough.The research on the independent management of middle school students in the process of class management is the direction that the author should work hard in the future.I hope to explore more valuable theoretical and practical contributions to the independent management of middle school students through further research in the future.
