With the continuous depth of both quality-oriented education and the concept of new curriculum standard, the traditional teacher-centered educational method in our country cannot adapt to the development of modern education, while the students-based mode in the west ignores teachers’ leading role. The "leading- main body" educational design combines the advantages of above modes, and both adopts various educational strategies and studying modes to help students expand their views and attaches importance to teachers’ leading role.Therefore,it has a significance in reality to analyze both the application of "leading- main body" design method to the course of history in junior high school and the revolution of history’s educational goals and methods under the concept of new curriculum.Combining with the new curriculum concept, integrated with "teaching" as the center and the "learning" as the center of two kinds of the basic theory of teaching design mode, this paper discusses the application in the high school history teaching "leading- main body" the necessity of teaching design mode.At the same time, in view of the historical discipline characteristic, the historical knowledge classification, according to different knowledge type choose different teaching methods, and its convergence to the "leading- main body" teaching design patterns in the process.Combining the above theory and teaching method, this article has carried on the system of teaching case design, and probes into the existing in the application of the model in the real problems and thinking.
