With the deepening influence of design thinking in the industries such as industry,art and architecture,the field of teacher education has also begun to focus on how to innovate curriculum content and teaching mode from the perspective of design thinking in order to cultivate high-quality teachers.From the perspective of design thinking,the construction of the teaching mode of "modern educational technology" for normal students can enrich the content of teaching design,on the other hand,it can promote the application of information technology of normal students,which is of high theoretical and practical significance.Through literature review on design thinking at home and abroad,the concept,model of design thinking and application practice in teacher education are understood.This study is based on the design thinking model proposed by the School of Design at Stanford University in the United States: empathy,definition,conception,Based on the prototype and test(D-school model),it also combines the new requirements of " standards of teacher's ICT competency in primary and secondary schools " promulgated by the Ministry of Education,aiming at the current problems in the objectives,contents,methods and evaluation of the "Modern Educational Technology”,constructs the instructional mode of "modern educational technology" based on the design thinking.The model mainly includes four steps: "(1)understanding problem,(2)analyzing problem,(3)designing lesson plan,(4)reflecting and evaluating the results",in which understanding problem means that students find themselves in the actual teaching environment on the basis of theoretical study and find out the problem;analyzing problem refers to the brainstorming among students,to discuss the reasons for the problem;designing lesson plan refers to students working together to design a solution to the problem;reflecting and evaluating the results is through self-reflection,peer assessment and teacher evaluation to evaluate student-designed programs.In order to test the practical effect of this model,we select L University teachers of education technology as experimenters,and chose the normal school students from two classes in the College of Educational Science as the experimental subjects to carry out a 10-week experiment.One class is an experimental class,and the teaching model based on design thinking constructed by this research is used for teaching.The other as a control class,and traditional teaching methods are used for teaching and practicing.The experimental results show that entering into new teaching mode based on design thinking not only improves the interest of normal students in learning modern education technology,raises the level of normal students in applying information technology,but also trains the students' ability of problem solving,innovation and cooperate.
