With the development of our economy, society need more and more highly-competent people who are specialized and applied. Basic education curriculum reform has put forward higher requests to middle school teachers. In response to the challenge, the country expand professional master’s recruitment of students scale, education master’s recruitment of students scale are included. Due to the incomplete curriculum and other reasons, the education quality of education master is affected by a certain,what further influence the middle school education and teaching. Let’s take subject teaching(history) as an example to analyze present curricula setting of education master concretely, then on this basis,we will give some advice and suggestions.This paper is divided into three parts to investigate and study this question deeply. The first part analyzes the curricula setting of training program from the point of the middle school history teachers’ professional development.And we conducted a questionnaire survey for the middle school history teachers’ professional development. Subjects include six middle schools history teachers who come from the school attached to Qufu Normal University, Yanzhou no.1 high school, Qufu no.1 high school, Yanzhou experimental high school, Jinan Licheng no.2 high school, Linyi Lingang no.1 high school. The second part, according to the difference of regional development and the schools’ education levels, chooses six normal universities which recruit education master that learn subject teaching(history) to compare and study their curricula setting. This normal universities include Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Capital Normal University, Shandong Normal University, Chongqing Normal University and Qufu Normal University. Besides, we conducted a questionnaire survey for Shandong Normal University and Qufu Normal University’ education master that learn subject teaching(history), to realize their degree of satisfaction for the curricula setting. The third part design a more scientific and perfect curricula setting table for education master that learn subject teaching(history) on the basis of training program, the gain and loss of six normal universities’ curricula setting and the six middle schools history teachers’ professional development. We do this in order to provide a reference for the training units to improve their curricula setting, and help the training units train the middle school history teachers of higher quality.
