A Study On The Curriculum Setting Of Full - Time Master Of Physical Education In Shandong Province

With the continuous progress and development of domestic sports industry, sports, major sporting events, China’s sports talents have greater demand, strong demand for sports talents of society inevitably raise the importance of talent training in Colleges and universities. Compared with the other province in China, Shandong Province is in economy, science and technology,culture, education and other more rapid development of the province and its rich resources of physical education, training a large number of master of sport talents for the society, but due to the professional degree short setting time, compared with other professional degrees, and sports for the master degree of higher education is still insufficient, to be further development and perfection. The Shandong Province sports professional degree of master of post-graduate courses settings for investigation and study, to provide reference and suggestions for scientific and reasonable set sports professional master degree programs, provide the basis for promoting the development and construction of the discipline of our country sports professional master degree graduate. This research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method,expert interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods of Shandong University, Shandong Normal University, Qufu Normal University, Shandong Institute of physical education, Lu Dong University, Liaocheng University 6 training unit of sports master specialized personnel training objectives, curriculum structure, content and other aspects were studied. The results showed that:1. Shandong Province sports professional master degree graduate students the talent training objectives with a high degree of consistency and training requirements in the field of sports master solid physical foundation theory and broad sports professional knowledge, with strong ability to solve practical problems, can independently undertake the sports professional technology or management of high level application of sports talents.2. The course is set in the public course in the natural dialectics, logic, computer and foreign language four public required course. Core courses in each of the major areas are in the4-5, curriculum hours and credits are in the scope of the requirements of the curriculum guidance program. Colleges have set up many electives, but on the opening of the course are compulsory courses, practice class become a mere formality, didn’t get the real implementation.3. Shandong sports course structure to be adjusted, of the mfa course content to be full, the curriculum cannot satisfy most of the graduate student, Should guide the students to the correct choosing profession idea and greatly, teachers need to be perfect, strengthen the implementation of the two-way type tutor system.4. Shandong Province sports professional master degree courses should adjust curriculum structure proportion, rich sports professional master degree course content, equilibrium theory and practice skills, strengthen construction of teachers in Colleges and universities, to improve school conditions.
