In 2014, the State Council promulgated the "opinions on deepening the reform of examination and enrollment system", the introduction of the document indicates the beginning of a new round of examination and enrollment system reform.The document stipulates that the general high school level test blends into the college enrollment, the academic level test scores and college entrance examination scores are regarded as references for college enrollment.After National college entrance examination reform program, the provinces and municipalities have also developed a college entrance examination reform program and entered a new round of college entrance examination reform. This proficiency test raises higher requirements.Above all,proficiency test needs the correct positioning of the value function. In addition, organization and implementation of academic proficiency test, examination results of assessment and examination results of use need to be perfected.The problem is unavoidable in the primary stage of the reform of college entrance examination.Based on the conclusion of the provinces and cities in the college entrance exam scheme,we can find out the foreseeable difficulties. Taking other international countries and reasonable operation experience as a reference, try our best to improve our academic level exam system and put forward the implementation of the recommendations of the scientific.This paper focuses on the ordinary high school proficiency test into college enrollment system, from the following three aspects to analyze respectively for ordinary high school proficiency test into college enrollment of value analysis, our senior high school proficiency test into the overview of enrollment in Colleges.Universities are facing difficulties and foreign college enrollment in ordinary high school proficiency test. Dilemma faced by Chinese proficiency test in this study in the third chapter analysis the college entrance examination reform, mainly in the three aspects: fuzzy value orientation of examination; the second is the examination of the implementation of difficult; the third is the examination result processing and use of the results difficult. Summed up the foreseeable dilemma. In the last chapter, the ordinary high school proficiency test into college enrollment system and puts forward specific suggestions: one is correct positioning of the proficiency test;the second is to improve the professional level of proficiency test; the third is a reasonable assessment of proficiency test scores; the forth is the use of standardized proficiency test scores.
