The development of the information technology has brought some changes in the field of education and the information technology to facilitate the classroom teaching has become the trend of educational development. The flipped classroom is the latest product of the high degree of integration of education and information technology and in the field of teaching in China has caused a hot wave of reform. The rise of this hot wave has triggered a reread and a reflection of the educational history and in history the foreign teaching mode in China failed to jump out the strange circle-”introducing-upsurging-cooling-recession-new introduction”. The author wondered that whether the flipped classroom can break the strange circle. With such concerns and doubts,the classroom observation and questionnaire survey were implemented on the flipped classroom. The aim is to understand the current situation of the flipped classroom, to find out the problems of the flipped classroom and try to supply a number of reasonable advice for the development of the flipped classroom in China. And finally it is expected that the rational thinking can provide guidance and reference for other foreign teaching modes after the flipped classroom.There are six parts in this paper. Firstly, it explains the reason of the topic,the correlative research,the meaning,the purpose,the methods and the ideas of the research.The second part discusses that the “the Chinese hot”of the flipped classroom appeared in China,describes the background and expressions of the “Chinese hot”. The third part describes the history thought caused by the flipped classroom,summarizes the situations of “the Chinese hot”of the foreign methods in history and also considers the reasons of the recession. The fourth part reviews the current situation of the flipped classroom,finding that the flipped classroom can increase the school’s reputation and can provide a platform for teachers’ greater progress and also can provide more time and space for students’ learning by themselves. But there are also some problems such as the excitement of the introduction,the urge of the outer power,the lack of the implement resource and the lack of the relevant evaluation system. The fifth part comes up with some reasonable suggestions to the problems which come from the fourth part. We should strength the systematic study of the flipped classroom,break the settled pattern,optimize the implement conditions of the flipped classroom and establish an evaluation system which is suitable for the flipped classroom.The six part describes the thinking about foreign teaching modes by the flipped classroom. Before introducing the new teaching modes we should “know the enemy”,practicing the new modes we should “know ourselves”,promoting the new modes we should “follow it”.
