At the end of last century, the policy of the graduates independent choosing profession and the undergraduate enrollment made the undergraduate diploma less competitiveness. The consequent problem is how to solve the employment difficulties for so large amount graduates each year. Being aware of it, teachers and students perplex between classes attendance rate and employment rate. While in nature, the problem comes from time planning – whether should students use more time on theoretical knowledge learning or working practice.This article focuses on the relationship between the internship experiences of university graduates and initial employment quality. There are three questions to work on: How will the internship experiences in un-graduate classes impact on initial employment quality? How will the unprofessional internship experiences impact on initial employment quality? How will the internship experiences in enterprises with high reputation impact on initial employment quality? The innovation of the research lies in the use of employment quality comprehensive index as the dependent variable and refining the internship categories and characteristics. By the questionnaire survey, this article conducts the descriptive statistic analysis, factorial analysis and OLS regression analysis based on the 168 copies of pre-survey data and 527 copies of formal survey data, and then comes to the conclusion.Study found that doing internship appropriately in un-graduate classes had good effect on improving the initial employment quality, and doing unprofessional internship appropriately had good effect on improving the initial employment quality. While it is slightly lower than professional internship effect. Corporate reputation had significant positive influence on initial employment quality.According to the analysis conclusions, some policy suggestions were put forward. In the practice process, students should keep caution and maximize their internship harvest as far as possible in the limited time. To practice as a way of practice teaching, schools should adjust the practice teaching mode, increase practice guidance and reserve to sufficient practice time for students. As the bridge between enterprises and students, schools also need to develop the university-enterprise cooperation. When hiring interns, the enterprise shall avoid treating interns as cheap labors and the identity isolation in workplace, and fully develop intern work potential.
