A Study On The Construction Of Counselors In Higher Vocational Colleges In Harbin

Higher vocational education as a special type of higher education since the reform and opening to the outside world, which aims to cultivate skilled and practical talents for country and society.As ideological and political education in vocational counselors work plays an important guiding role in the growth and success of students.The counselors plays an important role in the process of achieving the goals of talent cultivation.In recent years,the rapid development of higher vocational education,the counselors’ team building has achieved some results.However,there are still some problems,such as:counselors equipped and selection,team structure,training also and development,stability team,and others.This paper analyzes and summarizes the team building compare with that in undergraduate college.It researches six representative higher vocational colleges in Harbin through the forms of questionnaire survey as well as individual interview and collect the relevant literature, while the results of these documents and surveys are analyzed by quantitatively and qualitatively. To find out the being problems about counselors’ team building in Harbin and analyze the reasons.This paper puts forward the countermeasure for counselors’ team building to make it more professional by seeking the way to solve the problems.
