Attendant, can produce the students’ learning pressure, life pressure,economic pressure, psychological problems, employment pressure and so on. And these factors are influencing higher vocational students’ healthy growth. Counselors have played a vital role as the main shaping of students’ various aspects ability and quality, in the students’ life and learning.Counselors as the main cultivation of ability and quality of vocational college students, exerts a subtle influence on the students’ growth. At the same time, the counselor’s ability and quality also directly affect the direct effect of student management work in higher vocational colleges, is the ideological and political education of the school can smooth and effective implementation of the important guarantee.Start from the development history of higher vocational colleges, this article study several scientific research in higher vocational colleges in hefei, analyzed the current higher vocational college counselor team situation and problems in the process of construction. Combined with the content of the questionnaire and the results of the analysis, put forward the corresponding solution measures, in order to promote the development of higher vocational college counselor team construction speed.
