A Study On The Disturbance And Psychological Intervention Of College Students' Special Groups

“Interpersonal disturbance” is an experience with anxiety, loneliness, self-abasement, depression and anguish, a disharmonious and absonant relationship because of many factors. “Interpersonal disturbance” is considered main cause that prevents social intercourse activities, as well as other mental activities. Making effectively interpersonal contact is the premise of mental health. Under such information era, interpersonal contact has increasingly influenced mental health and development, presenting a multilevel, multi-channel, increasingly complex situation. It often results in mental disequilibrium and mental problems when “ interpersonal disturbance”, and even serious people will commit suicide. A good interpersonal relationship not only means harmonious atmosphere for undergraduates, but also a mental and practical preparation for them entering into society. It’s unusual to study directly “interpersonal disturbance” especially among undergraduates, although interpersonal relationship is the hotpot of psychological research. This paper intends to analyze the traits of different groups and interventional mechanism of “interpersonal disturbance”. It will indicate a direction for psychological health education, but also contribute to self-growth and solving interpersonal disturbance, whether in theory or in practice.This paper mainly discusses the behaviors and causes of three groups, those inadaptable to different regional culture, those addicted to Internet and those frustrated in study. It mainly analyzes performances in interpersonal contact especially some problems from school, family, society, undergraduates and negative effects. On this basis, this paper analyzes possible interventional mechanisms from psychology, pedagogy, social work and other subjects. It also comes up with specific assisting policies from emotion concerns, psychological counseling, optimization of management way and teaching methods, communication between families and schools and practices.All of these serve the integration of specific undergraduates into mainstream groups.
