Teachers in Colleges and universities is the University of the direct stakeholders, local university teachers’ participation in school management is very important, on the one hand, is conducive to the establishment of modern university system, promote the democratization of school management, so as to promote the scientific management of colleges and universities, on the other hand is beneficial to teachers’ self development needs. For a long time, China through the "Education Law", "teacher", the higher education law "and other relevant laws and regulations, of university teachers in school management were clearly defined, in a certain extent security university teachers to participate in school management of the legitimate rights and interests to obtain a certain effect. However, by the "official standard", the administrative tendency of the present management system of teachers’ participation in school management, there are still many problems to be solved. How to better teachers of local universities play a role in school management, has become a major issue facing the theory and practice in the field.This article uses the literature research, case study, questionnaire survey and other research methods, combined with the theory of governance of stakeholders, and the type of local university teachers participating in the school management and influencing factors of rational analysis, through the questionnaire survey method for empirical research on Yunnan University of Finance and Economics teachers’ Participation in school management experience, summed up the local college teachers’ participation in school the problems in the management of the initiative to participate in the management of small, ineffective implementation system, democratic management environment is not ideal, teachers’ participation in school management ability, teachers’ participation in school management mechanism is not perfect and so on, and from policy and law, the school system and the teachers in three aspects of the cause of the problem. On this basis, based on the stakeholder theory of local university teachers in school management measures, namely the establishment perfect local university teachers to participate in school management system, optimize the teachers of local universities involved in school management environment, improve teachers of local colleges and universities participate in consciousness and ability of school management, improve the local university teachers to participate in school management mechanism.
