The sustainable and healthy development of private kindergartens must take good internal management as the support and carrier and its main task is to coordinate relationships among the kindergarten(kindergarten leader),teachers,parents and children in the process of internal management from the stakeholder perspective.Actually market mechanisms,childhood education law and labor relations all play important roles in maintaining relationships of various stakeholders and the principalteachers,parents and children respectively play a different role to represent their unique interests and expressions in the internal management process.Illustrated by the case of M kindergarten in Zhaotong City and based on M kindergarten internal management research and analysis framework of the stakeholder theory,this thesis analyzes the interest conflicts among the stakeholders to find the causes,studies the M kindergarten internal management process from the stakeholder perspective,analyses the roles,interest needs and expressions of various stakeholders,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions accordingly through the literature,questionnaires and interviews.The main points of this thesis are:Firstly,to explore the interests balance between various stakeholders and coordinate interest relations between them is the key to the sustainable and healthy development of private kindergartens and this requires good internal management to ensure.The kindergarten(kindergarten leader)plays a dominant role in adjusting stakeholder relations that has the corresponding space and ability.Secondly,there are contradictions between various stakeholders of M kindergarten.Although these contradictions are still in a controllable and acceptable range,they have affected the development of kindergarten in some aspects to a certain extent.Generally,the contradictions between various stakeholders caused by different needs in the internal management of M kindergarten can be adjusted and optimized and without fundamental contradictions.Thirdly,because M Kindergarten overstate their own interests and responsibility of others,the system and the way of management is of traditional color;urgent pursuit of high investment returns and weakness sources of capital coexist;the blind pursuit of curriculum and construction of well-known brand courses,and;suit the needs of parents excessively.As a result,it brings internal management problems to M Kindergarten:the relationship between right and responsibility is unknown;teachers'satisfaction is not high,and it is difficult to attract and retain high quality teachers;preschool education tends to "primary school";the improvement of preschool education services is lack of continuous funds.So,this thesis suggests establishing cooperation,share and win-win concept;constructing the equal and contract relationship between the kindergarten(kindergarten leader)and teachers;exploring the democratization and participatory management mechanism,strengthening the cooperation and governance of plural subjects;improving the teacher incentive mechanism and creating a good working atmosphere;advocating scientific teaching and following the children education law.
