The knowledge of high school physics contains a large number of concept and laws. In recent years the study about how to teach concepts and laws becomes a hot point in education research. Now we advocate teachers not only teach knowledge,but only require teachers to cultivate student’s ability of learning. So some scholars put forward the requirements of teaching the knowledge of concepts and laws, including that teachers should let students understand the context of concepts and have a clear recognition about the formation process of laws at the same time with teaching knowledge. This undoubtedly improves the request of cultivating the students’ learning ability, at the same time it also increased the demand of teachers’ teaching ability. So facing with such requirements, micro courses will be able to improve the effect of classroom teaching more easily.People have gradually accepted micro courses because of its content, the micro courses affect the people’s learning process a lot. Its widely using could meet various personalized approach for learning.This paper first makes a summary of the study about the micro courses’ theory, and finishes a concrete analysis about the electromagnetism in high school physics and the students’ learning situation of electromagnetism, summarizes the design steps and the way of production about micro courses of knowledge and laws, then designs some micro courses of knowledge and laws about electromagnetism, at last finishes the productions of micro courses.This paper makes a concrete analysis about the electromagnetism part in high school physics and the students’learning situation of electromagnetism, then designs and produces some micro courses about electromagnetism. These micro courses perfect the resources of micro courses about concepts and laws, and have a certain reference significance for the productions of similar micro courses.
