Blackboard writing is condensed of the ideas of articles’ writing, teachers’ teaching and the students’ studying. It is the art crystallization. It is an important part in the classroom teaching. The characteristics of language curriculum in primary school determined the irreplaceable position of blackboard writing in the primary language classroom, not only it can have an exemplary role for pupils’ learning syllables or words, but also allows students to fully appreciate humanities and its unique beauty and charm. Therefore, the study of primary school language teaching classroom blackboard has some meanings and value. It can enrich and develop the theory of primary school language teaching writing on the blackboard, and can provide some theoretical knowledge of classroom teaching writing on the blackboard, which enhance and improve classroom teaching writing on the blackboard to provide some effective strategies for primary language teachers.This study consists of five parts, the first is the research for a simple introduction about the background and significance. then from the core concept of domestic and foreign research, the design of the study three aspects to be addressed; Secondly, this study used the questionnaire, classroom observation and interviews and other methods to objective analysis and description of the current status of primary school language teaching writing on the blackboard,and according to the status of blackboard writing, revealing its problems, analyze the causes of the problems, and the strengthening of blackboard use and attention to enhance the three aspects of the experience and the experience of writing on the blackboard design with the effectiveness as well as the practice of writing on the blackboard corresponding to propose improvement strategies. Finally, the conclusions of this study, re-emphasized the importance of primary school language teaching writing on the blackboard, and I hope this attention and research to continue.
