Since the reform and opening up,China's educational cause has been developing continuously,and unprecedented new changes have taken place in China's educational field.The country's investment in basic education has been increasing year by year,and China's educational cause has made remarkable achievements.At the same time,the state education of primary and secondary school students put forward new requirements.One of the most intractable problems in the development of education in China is the unbalanced development of urban and rural education,especially the imbalance of basic education(especially primary education).To promote the balanced development of compulsory education,we should focus on rural compulsory education.Without the development of rural education,there will be no modernization of Chinese education.The key to the development of rural education is to improve the quality of rural teachers,especially the leadership quality of rural primary school head teachers.This article through the long time investigation research,to huludao lianshan district rural primary school head teacher's present situation and the existence question carries on the collation and the analysis.Due to the influence of environment,personal quality and management mode,the teacher level of rural primary school head teachers is uneven.Up to now,researchers in relevant fields at home and abroad have conducted some researches on the leadership construction and improvement of principals or teachers.However,the research on the leadership of primary school headteachers,especially the leadership of rural primary school headteachers,is still very weak.Therefore,this paper studies the leadership and promotion strategies of rural primary school head teachers.This paper adopts the method of investigation and interview to sort out the leadership of rural primary school head teachers from the perspective of theory and practice.Through the investigation of the six dimensions of leadership divided by professor Yang sizhuo,it is concluded that the leadership of rural primary school head teachers has insufficient learning ability.Teaching force output way is not smooth;Inaccuracy of judgment value orientation;The guiding standards for implementation are vague;Form of organization and coordination force is onefold wait for a respect problem.In view of the existing problems and in combination with the reality,the rural primary school head teacher leadership proposed to establish a rural teacher support and security system;Strengthen the quality cultivation of the rural head teacher;Improve the management mechanism of rural headteacher work;Improve the assessment system;Strengthen communication and cooperation with section teachers;Establishing harmonious teacher-student relationship and other feasible promotion strategies.It is expected that the results of this study will play a positive role in promoting the growth of rural primary school students and improving the leadership of rural primary school head teachers.
