Problem instruction method has been promoted in the reform of China’s basic education, which is put forward and the process of solving problems to cultivate students’ ability of essence through the phenomenon of mining and the habit of autonomous learning, improve the ability of students to solve problems, to help students to establish the system of knowledge framework. With the development of new curriculum reform, the problem instruction method although entered the political class, but for various reasons of question teaching method apply often become a mere formality, the teaching effect. According to the related education teaching theory and practice, this paper emphatically analyses the problem of high school thought political lesson teaching present situation and application.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, a brief explanation of research background, significance, present research results and other basic problems of this article. The second part from optimizing the moral function of ideological and political course, create a harmonious high school politics classroom atmosphere, which is advantageous to the individual learning to explore cooperation, stimulate the enthusiasm of the high school politics course in four aspects and combined with examples this paper expounds the classroom the practical significance of the reasonable use of question teaching method, embodies the question teaching method of value used in the high school political lesson. The third part from the present situation of the application of question teaching method were analyzed, and pointed out that at present some implementation issues in the political class teaching shortcomings and inadequacies. The fourth chapter is aimed at the teaching status quo of the preceding chapter put forward the corresponding solutions, deepen the understanding of the Problem instruction method, strengthen its application in the high school thought political lesson teaching, provide some solutions for front-line teachers, expect Problem instruction method in constantly reflect on and improve better service to the high school thought political lesson teaching.
