The Current Situation Of Foreign Language Professional Students’ Ideological And Political Education And Countermeasure Research

English majors carries let the world understand China and China ’s role as a bridge tounderstand the world. They should the foreign cultural exchanges, promote the opening, thepattern of China’s integration into the world to go to the historic mission. Their values, moralvalues, and overall quality directly affects how the in-depth development of China’s reform andopening up and the " Chinese Dream" is achieved. Currently, Foreign language majors thoughtsare positive, progressive and healthy, they strongly support the party ’s leadership, love themotherland and socialism, highly recognized theoretical system of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, the Chinese Communist Party was founded more than90years leading theChinese people brilliant achievements and fully affirmed. However, in the face of reform andopening up and development of the socialist market economy ideology pluralistic and diverse andvaried new features, the face of the new situation following the worldwide situation of ideas andcultural values clash blend contest, ideological and political education of college students facingsevere challenge, especially direct contact with Western culture, language majors facing thoughtsand values of Western culture shock, some foreign language majors exist in varying degreesvague political beliefs, ideals and beliefs confused, distorted values, lack of sense of integrity,social responsibility weak weakening the spirit of hard work, teamwork concept is poor, and poorpsychological quality issues. Meanwhile, the ideological and political education in foreignlanguage majors there are also some weaknesses. To this end, research and study foreign languagemajors strengthen ideological and political education policies and measures, foreign languagemajors leading ideological and political education with socialist core values, to cultivate andpractice the socialist core values into the whole process becomes college education particularlyimportant.This paper studies the following five sections:Part I: College foreign language majors facing environment and its particularity smallideological and political education.
