Research On The Optimization Of Nursing Practice Management In Higher Vocational Education From The Perspective Of Benchmarking Management

Practice is an important teaching link to cultivate high-quality skilled nursing professionals. Practice’s quality will directly affect the realization of vocational nursing’s training objectives. In the years of practice management, the author found that the vocational nursing’s practice management of the Shanghai J College in current had many problems, which seriously affected the reaching and improving of the practice quality. In the study, the author found that applying the benchmarking management theory to the optimization of practice management had a positive and practical effect in enhancing the practice’s quality of the Shanghai J College’s vocational nursing professional and optimizing the practice management.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, describes the research background and content, introduces the research method, the core concepts related to this research, analyzes the domestic and foreign related practice management optimization research status. Second, third, fourth, fifth part is the main body of the article, through the study of the vocational nursing’s practice management of the Shanghai J College, analyzes the problems of the vocational nursing’s practice management of the Shanghai J College by using interview, questionnaire and other research methods, explore s the causes of the practice management’s problems from the perspective of benchmarking and explores the technical route of the benchmarking in practice management optimization research, and carries out the optimization in accordance with the benchmarking implementation steps of the vocational nursing’s practice management of the Shanghai J College. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the research achievements and shortcomings, and thinks about the direction of the next phase of the study.This study is a case study of the vocational nursing’s practice management’s optimization of the Shanghai J College under the benchmarking management theory. In the study the author found that the limitations in understanding of practice, the imperfect practice management’s system, the lack of practice teachers, the lack of effective practice controlling etc were the causes of the problems in the vocational nursing’s practice management of the Shanghai J College. According to the benchmarking management theory, the author carried out the optimization research and practice from practice teaching desig n and practice management implementation of the vocational nursing’s practice management.
