With the development of mobile Internet technology and the intelligent mobile terminal, smart phones gradually popularize to the primary and middle school students. Smart phones go into the classroom may become a reality sooner or later.But the overall situation of the present education applications and education resources online is not optimistic. There are many problems emerge in endlessly, such as quality levels are not neat, form is single, lack of interaction and so on.Facing the popularity of mobile phones, mobile learning resources in terms of quality obviously is difficult to match the increase of people’s needs.At the same time, the appearance and popularity of online writing and communication platform, such as QQ, We Chat, weibo and so on, provides a very convenient conditions for the development of mobile learning.And since 2014, when we talk about the most excellence propagation mode, the elegant page made by HTML 5 technology which repeatedly maxed We Chat is absolutely fine.Therefore, the design and development of mobile learning resources based on HTML 5 technology has a profound practical significance.In order to study the learners’ demand and tendency for mobile learning resources, the author choose the third grade students who is learning Olympic mathematics as the research object, and design the mobile learning resources based on HTML 5 technology. Finally the author want to sum up the design principle, and form the experience which can be copied and referenced.This paper mainly consists of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction part which mainly state the research background of topic, the source of the topic, research purpose, research ideas, research framework, and research methods.The second part is the related theoretical basis and present situation analysis section. This part mainly define the core concepts, such as ‘HTML 5’, ‘mobile learning’, ‘learning resources’ and so on. And this part also state the related theory which support this study, including the micro study theory, blended learning theory, informal learning theory and individualized teaching theory. At last, according to references from the China knowledge network, the author will summarize the application situation of the mobile phone in the teaching and the research status of mobile learning resources at home and abroad.The third part is the design principles and the analysis of content design patterns. Based on a large number of literature study and analysis, the author summarizes the characteristics of mobile learning, and put forward the design principles of mobile learning resources from it. Finally, the author concludes the general process and mode of design mobile learning material content, which will offer the direction for the design and manufacture of learning resources.The fourth part is the demand analysis. Mainly through the network questionnaire survey, the author obtains the attitude of learners and their parents for mobile learning and the real tendency and demand of them for mobile learning material. Finally, through the analysis of characteristics of learners, course content, learning objectives, learning environment, the author determines the learning content as the basis of the design study resources after.The fifth part is the design and implementation. Mainly based on the basic characteristics of mobile phone, the author uses the tool——Yiqixiu, to design mobile learning resources, including choosing the appropriate teaching strategy, designing a suitable performance evaluation methods, summarizing the design principle and principle, designing process and implementation. To the problems in the process of implementing, the author tries to analyze and solve it. At last, the author will evaluate the implementation results.The sixth part is research summary and outlook. The author summarizes the final results in the research, and puts forward the study limitations and future research prospects.
