Research On Mobile Application Development Based On HTML5

Along with our country’s strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education,cultivate talents has become a core objective in the process of modernization.Because the rapid development of science,technology and the accelerated pace of life,people recognize the new things in a short time.It is becoming more and more urgent that people desire to acquire new knowledge,new technology,and new capabilities.We are moving towards a modern society rapidly.With the rapid development of Internet technology and improvement of material living standards,the mobile phones,tablet and other mobile devices become our necessary electronics.At present,China’s Internet penetration rate has reached 47.9 %,and the proportion with Internet access through mobile phones reached 85.8%.There is a growing tendency for education from offline to online.People’ desire for knowledge is more and more intense in meeting the material life at the same time.Taking advantage of the fragmentation of time to learn and improve lifelong learning style became the only way to the social development process and forwards the target of a learning society.On the research of the educational information development in Yongchang County in this context,we propose to build mobile learning system based on HTML5 technology on the basis of technical,operational and economic feasibility analysis.At the same time,aspects of the design and implementation of the system are described by use of object-oriented analysis and Unified Modeling Language from functional requirements,design principles,system architecture to achieve specific functions,etc.The system uses HTML5 hotspot as technical support and software engineering theory as the guiding ideology to make an Android platform-based online education system.Not only will the usage of the system reduce the cost of education and expand access to education groups,but also reflect the popularity of education,fairness,life-long and diversified characteristics.In this paper,it has a strong practical significance and practical value for the development of information technology and a very good reference for education.
