Under the background of mobile Internet,smart phones have been rapidly popularized and deeply integrated into our lives.The smart phone also has a great impact on students in school.These effects are dual.To explore these positive and negative effects is of great significance for the correct use of smart phones,the improvement of campus education and teaching management,and the promotion of healthy growth of middle school students.This paper first analyzes the core concepts of smart phones and middle school students.The smart phone has the characteristics of openness and freedom,virtual and anonymity,fragmentation and interaction,while the development of middle school students has obvious contradictory characteristics of cognitive process and the bipolar characteristics of emotional expression.The use characteristics of smart phones have a great impact on the growth and development of middle school students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of smart phones in five schools in H.By means of literature research,questionnaire and in-depth interview,five middle schools in H were selected as samples to study the use of mobile phones in H and their impact on physical and mental health,interpersonal communication and learning.The survey shows that at present,smart phones have higher holding rate in middle schools,the time of use of students is prolonged,and the use places are increasingly diversified.Some students have produced the symptoms of mobile phone addiction;students use smart phones to expand the scope of interpersonal communication and increase the way of interpersonal communication,but students and teachers are taught and taught.The communication of the teachers does not increase because of the use of smart phones;mobile Internet facilitates the inquiry function of middle school students' daily learning,and promotes the students' spirit of seeking knowledge and the development of the spirit of exploration.However,the APP of the learning class is not very effective at present,and the students pour into the APP of game entertainment with more energy and interest.The impact of smart phones on secondary school students is two-fold,and there are both advantages and disadvantages.The development of smart phones can easily lead to the formation of modern concept of middle school students,but it may also pose a potential threat to their outlook on life,values and world outlook;smart phones have a positive impact on the social life and interpersonal communication of middle school students,and may also weaken their moral consciousness and social responsibility;intelligent hands can be weakened.The machine has a positive effect on the broadening of the students' vision,the expansion of information channels,the strengthening of the learning consciousness and the improvement of their learning ability.However,the flood of information may cause "information pollution" to middle school students and harm their physical and mental health;the smart phone has inspired the creative potential of middle school students,but is keen on "image" The acceptance of information and the habit of "fragmentation" may also lead to the loss of its humanistic spirit and the improvement of the overall quality.The reason is that the "technical paradox" of the smart phone is the root of the problem;the use of the smart phone makes the middle school students indulge in the virtual space,and it is difficult to extricate themselves.Some of the "profit by" behavior of the enterprise has induced the middle school students,and some bad psychological qualities of the middle school students themselves easily make it addicted to them.In the network,there are lagging behind schools and inaction.In order to promote the scientific and rational use of smart phones by middle school students and promote their healthy development,measures should be taken from different levels.We should give full play to the educational function of school and family,strengthen the monitoring,education and management of school and family on the use of smart phone for middle school students,guide students to develop good use habits of intelligent mobile phones,strengthen media literacy education,resist false negative information,and eliminate the morbid phenomenon of hand machine.
