The Design And Development Of Mobile Learning Resources For College Students Based On The Smart Phone

Mobile learning,thanks to its unique advantages of being possible at anytime and anywhere,has brought a brand new mode of learning to learners.It also provides learners with an unprecedented are unique learning experience,which makes a hot newcomer in education technology field.As a mobile study bridge,Mobile learning resources are an important promise realization.Therefore,designing and developing Mobile learning resources play a leading part in the thriving of Mobile learning.Along with booming progress of science and technology,smart phone industry are making huge breakthrough every day,which supports the hardware aspect of Mobile learning.This paper will mainly discuss the designing and developing of the client side of Mobile learning,according to questionnaires for college students on what they need and what they expect in the application of smart phone.The paper is based on the theory of macro scope of designing Mobile learning resources made by Professor Huang Huairong,in reference to the five-level-layer model by Professor James Garrett,combining the features of application client and demand from college students,at the view of college student as well as the users of Mobile learning resources user experience in order to build the structure model basing on consumer expectation and all factors in designing Mobile learning resources from aspects strategic layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer and presentation layer.This paper will develop an application by Hbuilder suiting IOS and Android,whose object is NCRE II.The outcome from testing users' feedback shows the product can inspire students with great interest and motivation to learn related knowledge,with efficiency high promoted.I hope this paper will be good reference and example for further study on designing and developing Mobile learning resources.
