An Investigation On The Current Situation Of Physical Education In Primary And Middle Schools In Shangqiu City

The current situation of physical education in the elementary and middle schools as the research content, in Shangqiu City elementary and middle schools sports management, sports teaching, sports teachers, venues and equipment, after-school sports as the research object to explore social development at this stage characteristics of the primary and secondary school physical education and management, problems and development proposals and to Shangqiu City primary and secondary schools physical education management to explore a more effective to achieve the goal of quality education and education management mode, in order to give full play to the functions of the administrative departments, better to promote primary and secondary school physical education goal realization.This paper adopt stratified sampling in Shangqiu City of 30 small and medium-sized school managers, teachers and students as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics method to survey results of statistics and analysis. From the elementary and middle schools sports management, sports teaching, sports teachers, venues and equipment, after-school sports section of on the present situation of school physical education of system research, find out student expectations of sports and understanding and differences existing in the sports teaching, and primary schools education exist in the teaching of general problems. Draw the following conclusion:1. Shangqiu City elementary and middle schools sports management is basically in accordance with the national relevant regulations, vice president in charge of teaching is responsible for most of the schools, in charge of Education Department of primary and secondary schools in rural areas of supervision is not enough, no special sports management personnel responsible for management, resulting in most of the rural primary and secondary school physical education management more confusion.2. In Shangqiu City all primary and secondary schools have opened in the physical education curriculum, but the number of weekly classes is not optimistic,seni orhigh school physical education is occupied by the phenomena often occur; due to the limitation of teaching conditions, most of the schools have chosen for the school sports teaching sports teaching materials, and most of the city primary and secondary schools adopting grouping rotation teaching form teaching, due to the lackof sports ground and equipment, the number of students, rural primary and secondary schools generally use the class teaching in the, 80.7% of the students like physical education, by the majority of the students like physical education project is sports, especially basketball, table tennis and football.3. Shangqiu City elementary school physical education teachers quantity achieves the basic request, junior and senior high school, there is still a certain gap.The age structure of the PE teachers tend to be younger, too few experienced the middle and old aged teachers, record of formal schooling to be in perfect, low levels of title, professional and technical level to be in high and scientific research ability.4. Shangqiu City primary and secondary school physical education teachers workload is too large, learning learning fewer opportunities, benefits less than most of the other teachers, the teachers’ working conditions and environment is poor, is not conducive to the school sports teachers team construction, the working enthusiasm of physical education teachers have great influence.5. Shangqiu City middle and primary school exercises carried out comparatively well, but the development of calisthenics is not ideal, 73.3% of the school never do calisthenics; most schools have chosen to test subjects as after-school sports activities,extracurricular sports team development situation is not optimistic, the school sports teams are used before the provisional training form of training; organization of athletic competition to track and field sports and broadcasting gymnastics competitions.
