Shanghai Minhang district primary and secondary school physical education teachers basic theory for his football and soccer skills level evaluation generally low,in the aspects such as teaching contents, teaching methods, organization form remains to be strengthened, PE teachers’ degree of attention to the scientific research remainsto be strengthened.4.
