The famous historical figures of students’ hometown is part of the students are interested in,Students are interested in historical figures and their anecdotes. Introduce the famous historical general resources in middle school history teaching is a good way to improve the effect of teaching. New standard is put forward, teachers should use kinds of curriculum resources actively,which for providing a sufficient basis for the application of the Shandong historical figures resources in the history teaching of middle school, for the new standard to explore how to development Shandong historical figures resources in the history teaching is very necessary.Historical figures in the history teaching is very important, but,in the real teaching, due to the education system and the constraints of the examination system in the college entrance examination, the development and application of Shandong famous historical resources is not ideal, the real application in teaching history in Shandong figures resources rarely, there are a number of problems, directly caused many students don’t know who are his hometown’s celebrities,the students lack of local knowledge, history study interest is not high. This is the reason of restricting student in history studying achievements and the effects of history teaching.In this paper, listing the history of Shandong celebrity resources on the basis of the classification.In view of the Shandong historical figures resources in real history teaching application existing many problems. Discusses the historical celebrities resources development in Shandong regional,authenticity, educational, applicability, and scientific principles, probes into the historical figures resources in Shandong in the history teaching of middle school strategies and methods of the application, for example the literature method, he oral method, the method of clearing up the teachers and students, every students in class will talk about Shandong historical figures with each other, etc. Through the teaching case to verify its feasibility, thus for application of Shandong historical figures resources in history teaching provides the ways and means which can be used for reference.
