This study mainly from three aspects of primary and secondary schools in Jining city in the popularization of Wushu are analyzed, namely, literature method, SWOT analysis method, comparative analysis method, first of all to Jining City primary and secondary schools of martial arts teaching present situation and characteristics of were summarized, then by using the SWOT analysis promote the martial arts in Jining City middle and secondary schools, the through theoretical modeling design with some feasible countermeasures. This study aims to explore a feasible of in Jining City in primary and secondary schools to promote martial arts countermeasures, in order to provide the reference for martial arts teaching development, So as to further promote the heritage and development of Chinese traditional culture.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Traditional martial arts itself has many advantages, such as its rich cultural connotation and the significance of the development of the major, to inherit the spirit of Chinese martial arts and carry forward the national spirit, to promote the development of physical and mental health of middle and secondary school students and have an iron hand in a velvet glove character shape has a very good role, in addition to martial arts sports venues such as schools and equipment to facilitate the promotion of less demanding.2.Some characteristics of the traditional martial arts have some restrictions and limitations on the campus promotion of martial arts. As many kinds of traditional martial arts, martial arts campus content is boring, routine complex, students learning more difficult, easy to lose interest. In addition, martial arts is a long-term accumulation process. Only continue to exercise, can receive the results. But sports will inevitably hurt, this is no way to avoid the reality, but also the most concerned about the issue of parents.3.The martial arts into the campus at a critical period of historical opportunities, Chinese government and relevant administrative departments attach great importance to the martial arts into the campus, and through the form of documents to guide the promotion of martial arts into the campus. Chinese Wushu Association for the promotion of martial arts do positive efforts in Jining City, held for the first time "Chinese Wushu Dan system" in Shandong Province in the middle of the evaluation, and to a successful conclusion. The age of physical education teacher, education structure is reasonable, the middle and primary school students are interested in martial arts, parents of the school to carry out the active attitude of martial arts. In addition, each year the University and the martial arts training school to cultivate a number of potential martial arts coaches.4.In Jining district education departments at all levels of martial arts on campus to promote attention enough, school level, sports management personnel allocation, promotion of sports teachers of special, training and attitudes of martial arts have certain restriction, School martial arts course content and organization form defects, lack of supervision mechanism, to exchange the platform and the system of training. The school campus and promote martial arts into the macro just shouting slogans, the actual target is not clear. Which makes students learn martial arts from the lack of a clear motivation, makes students lacking in the martial arts etiquette and morality education. Other sports on campus to carry out competition, and in recent years, foreign culture, national sports cognitive biases and shrinking martial arts population on campus martial arts promotion caused a threat.In order to solve the problem, the following suggestions are put forward:1.To seize the opportunity, by virtue of the students and the parents of the recognition of martial arts, the use of martial arts to carry forward the national spirit, to explore its cultural connotation, enhance the quality of the will of students, to promote physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students.2.Held theory of martial arts, and a display of martial arts activities, establish the system of responsibility supervision mechanism, strengthen Martial arts Teaching Supervision, strengthen the theory research on traditional martial arts and develop more useful in the campus to promote forms of martial arts, to promote martial arts into the Olympic Games.3.Pay attention to publicity and promotion of the advantages of the traditional martial arts, clear it into the objective of primary and secondary schools, so as to strengthen the primary and middle school students learning martial arts motive, starting from the morality and etiquette of it, standardization of teaching content, specific, selection more scientific teaching materials, to improve the construction of teaching evaluation and exchange platform, establish and improve the training of teachers, improve their competitiveness and influence of the traditional martial arts.4.Education departments at all levels should pay more attention to the traditional martial arts in the promotion and development of the campus, the promotion of martial arts form regulations, so that schools and teachers executable, and pay close attention to implementation, strengthen supervision; encourage innovation, with new presentation to attract more people into Wushu population; perfect the system of school sports insurance.
