With the deepening of new curriculum reform, as a new education concept, the dialogue teaching is promoting the progress of the whole Chinese teaching. Under the guidance of our education idea in the conversation, the current Chinese teaching has broken the traditional classroom dull, inflexible, display vibrant scene. When we are happy for this clap for teaching scene, we also regret to find that wonderful dialogue teaching mode to promote quality education vigorous development did not achieve the desired goal, behind the boisterous dialogue teaching,problems is emerging in endlessly.Chinese reading teaching in development stage of middle school students has the special education value, the author through the data statistics, literature research and other research methods, taking the Qufu three secondary schools(two junior high school, a high school)distribute the papery questionnaire, to four areas of Qufu, Zibo, Linyi, Tangshan teachers,distributed network electronic methods such as questionnaire investigation about the present situation of middle school Chinese conversational reading teaching, found that high school Chinese conversational reading teaching there are many problems in practice. The teacher in the dialogue with the text, the teacher dialogue attitude is not correct; students in the dialogue with the text, students have the poor prepare habits and can not grasp the key; the dialogue between teachers and students, the students lack of problem consciousness; students in dialogue with the students, the student is aphasia phenomenon; the emotional loss in classroom atmosphere and self-talk consciousness weak, and so on, these problems are the key cause of the Chinese conversational reading teaching inefficiency.To solve such problems in the survey found, practice strategy from six aspects: Emotional edification in dialogue atmosphere; to teach the present in the blank spaces; to change the teaching ideas, cultivate students’ consciousness of "dialogue"; expand dialogue, to explore the quality of the language; foster a sense of dialogue, to propagate the dialogue action; teachers read text with strange eyes, students rewrite the text. How to fully arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in conversational reading teaching, deepen teachers’ dialogue consciousness, is to change the present dialogical reading teaching situation, the key to implement the dialogical reading teaching.
