| In the rapidly developing 21 st century of economy and technology,artificial intelligence has been widely applied in the field of education,and has an increasingly profound impact on various aspects of the education and teaching system.In the era of intelligence,utilizing artificial intelligence to assist in individualized education and truly making education in the era of intelligence "personalized" has gradually become a research hotspot and future trend of educational development.In view of this,it is of great significance and innovative value to make individualized teaching empowered by artificial intelligence a research center and expand and improve it.In this paper,literature research,historical research,case analysis and comparative research are used to investigate the theory and practice of AI empowerment in teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.Firstly,the paper takes the historical evolution of individualized teaching as the starting point and systematically sorts out the development context of individualized teaching.Secondly,a detailed and in-depth exploration is conducted on the theoretical basis of the logic and connotation of AI empowering individualized teaching.Based on the practical situation of individualized teaching in countries such as China,the United States,the United Kingdom,South Korea,Singapore,etc.,an analysis and comparison are made to explore its successful experience in policies and regulations,learning environment,and practical methods.The misunderstandings in its exploration and application process are sorted out,And attribute it to the shackles of technology worship,the compulsion of teaching reform,the lack of professional competence of teachers,the drawbacks of intelligent education products,and the low integration of AI and education.Finally,the paper constructs an implementation path for AI empowerment and individualized teaching from five aspects: collaborative cooperation between humans and machines,respect for the reform intentions of teachers and students,improvement of teachers’ professional literacy,improvement of intelligent education products,and promotion of deep integration of AI and education.Collaborative cooperation between humans and machines is the norm for individualized teaching in the future,and data-driven precision teaching should be carried out by establishing complementary cooperative relationships,clarifying the subject object relationship of human-machine collaboration,and forming interactive relationships of human-machine coupling.Respecting the willingness of teachers and students to reform is an important part of teaching students according to their aptitude in educational reform.We should adhere to the original intention of teaching students according to their aptitude and return to the essence of education.Teacher literacy is an important core of implementing individualized teaching,mainly guiding students’ comprehensive development by improving their information technology literacy,data literacy,and evaluation literacy.Intelligent education products are an effective means of forming individualized education,and specific improvement strategies include adapting to the modern connotation of individualized education,creating a diversified research and development environment for talent cultivation,and developing individualized education products.Promoting the integration of AI and education is the foundation for ensuring the implementation of individualized teaching.It should be implemented through comprehensive infiltration of individualized teaching technology,defining rules for the use of intelligent algorithms,and assisting students in their development through various social sectors. |
