In compulsory education, junior high school geography teaching level, related to the follow-up and implementation of the national quality education. Migrant schools in seventh grade student, due to the limitations of their own factors and the school level, the overall quality of students to be improved, the need for individualized approach in teaching, we must consider the current status of migrant schools teaching geography to explore the practical practical teaching strategies, urban and rural education gap narrowing.This thesis to education, educational psychology and educational theory works related to research theoretical support to questionnaires, interviews with teachers and the specific teaching cases as practice analysis, from the macro and micro perspectives presented migrant schools in seventh grade geography individualized study.This thesis consists of a total of five chapters:Chapter I, introduction, elaborated from a research background, significance, research summary, contents and methods in four areas; The second chapter defines the concept and theoretical basis, mainly migrant schools define individualized concepts and explain relevant theoretical basis;The third chapter, the status quo of geography teaching seventh grade school children of migrant workers, mainly from the status quo to investigate migrant schools and the teaching of geography in seventh grade status quo, through statistics, combined with teaching cases, discuss the problems; Chapter IV, individualized methods used in geography teaching school children of migrant workers, mainly from the macro and micro perspectives on migrant schools geography teaching strategies and the same grade students at different levels of individualized strategies; Chapter V, Conclusions and Outlook.The innovation of this paper:First, innovative research methods, micro and macro perspectives combine to questionnaires, interviews and teaching cases combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The actual writing of the paper with the teaching contents to avoid empty; second,the study of innovation in migrant schools for seven years for the study.
