Education is faced with different gender education. Gender education, and promoting the harmonious development of different gender children to moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic ability, is a measure of the effectiveness of a basic standard level of education.Moral development of boys and girls also show different divergence.Based on the moral differences school should take different educational measures, in order to adhere to people-centered education,moral education first principle, taking high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education. In the educational principle part, the traditional moral education theory and concepts focus on the stage of moral development characteristics of male children, neglecting the fewer female children’s moral development of qualities such as moral education theory in fact narrowed the male-centered theoretical doctrine; in the world of education, whether it is school education, family education or social education, moral development of children’s activities or initiatives, in fact, is less consideration gender of the child,but to take non-discriminatory, non-gender considerations educational Strategies. The Theory and practice of education that lose this gender difference dimension, not only female children are treated unfairly, but also male children are unfair, its educational effectiveness inevitable dubious.The topic of this paper is the gender differences in moral development and education countermeasures are the topic.literature methods and comparative analysis are the research methods, on the basis of the relevant research literature and education, researching the reasons and performance of gender differences in moral development,and making a suggestion of how to take moral education in schools according to different moral construct gender differences.In this paper, the main contents include four parts. Firstly, around the theme, this paper analyzes the classical theory of individual moral development of gender differences, in order to focus on Gilligan represented by feminist ethics elaborated; Secondly, on the basis of drawing on the research results, for both sexes children moral gender differences in the development of its performance are discussed. The focal point about children of both sexs are of deducing from the psychological and moral way of thinking, moral orientation and moral differences in social development; Thirdly,from socio-cultural, family environment, school education, mass media,aspects of physiological differences, analyse individual moral development of gender differences;Fourthly, how school moral education according to preliminary construction countermeasures gender differences between men and women of moral development of children taken. This paper argues that gender differences in male and female children’s moral development is an objectivefact, school education should "gender-specific" different moral education to take countermeasures; although girls and boys differ in moral development. But this can not be overstated differences, but we should face it, respecting the differences and find common values in the pursuit of understanding differences in order to promote healthy growth and harmonious development of children’s moral sexes.
