At present, the basic education in our country has the universality phenomenon of the teachers’ gender imbalance. Among them, the gender imbalance phenomenon of the moral education class teacher is more serious, mainly refers to the women moral education class teacher are dominated. In the period of primary and secondary schools, students are in the stage of imitation, the formation of gender role cognition and gender consciousness is formed in the interaction of the teachers and the students in the classroom, the cognition of gender formation is largely an imitation process of the homosexual or heterosexual think of the moral education class teacher. While the primary and secondary school moral teachers as moral education and students’ mental development guide, the unbalanced sex ratio will have some impact on the construction of primary and middle school, the ideological and moral teaching, students’ gender role cognition and mental health development. It may because students appear blurred gender consciousness, cognitive distortions and other issues, as well as the behavior and attitude of learning difficulties, unbalanced development and other associated problems.This paper takes the moral education class teacher of primary and middle schools as the research object, takes A! school of Nankang District which the author taught in as the research sample, it used the method of literature research, survey method, qualitative analysis method and comparative analysis method. Through refer to the relevant research literature available, practical investigation and interview; it deeply studied the gender imbalance of the moral teachers of China’s middle and primary schools, so as to promote the gender equalization of the moral teachers in primary and middle schools. The article is divided into four parts:The first part described the background and significance of this study, summarized the research literatures at home and abroad, pointed out the research methods and framework of this paper and put forward the possible innovation and shortcomings.In the second part, it take the A! school of Nankang District of Ganzhou City as a research sample, analyzed the current situation of the gender imbalance of the ideological and moral lesson teacher in primary and middle schools. It also analyzes the influence of the gender imbalance phenomenon of the ideological and moral class teacher on the school construction and psychological health and development of the students of primary and middle schools.The third part analyzed the main factors which cause the imbalance of sex ratio of the ideological and moral teachers of middle and primary schools at present. Including: social psychological cure gender inequality caused by gender barriers industry; social evaluation is not reasonable; the gender imbalance of the enrollment and education of the normal school; the low social status and treatment of the male ideological and moral class teacher of primary and middle schools.The fourth part proposes the promotion of sex ratio equalization of the ideological and moral class teacher in primary and middle schools, including the cultivation of social gender equality concept in the whole society, to get rid of barriers to trade sex; deepen teaching reform, strengthen students’ gender equality education; make the enrollment and cultivation of the normal students balanced and improve the quality of the normal students and improve the treatment of the ideological and moral teachers of primary and secondary school.
