Because the teaching design is in before the start of the teaching practice system planning and creative design teaching process, it makes the next teaching practice is more reasonable, rule-based, to improve the effectiveness of classroom practice. Practice of classroom teaching process is of presupposition and emotion in the teaching design in practice and generation, which shows that the teaching design is an effective prerequisite of classroom teaching activities, it is the beginning of teaching, so the importance of teaching design research has important significance.The general rules of design teaching and the combination of high school politics and the formation of high school ideological and political lesson. Ideological and political course teaching design, according to the specific characteristics of the discipline itself, in the context of the new curriculum reform, more research significance. At present, many scholars and teachers for the efforts of the development and innovation of the teaching design, teaching design research has also made breakthrough achievements, but the application of instructional design in the teaching practice is not widespread, did not get the attention of the general. The author practice during for application of instructional design of high school ideological and political teachers specialized were observed. Most of the teachers is plan of the application form for preparation of, some old teachers don’t even prepare lessons, but what about the teaching design.Although the teaching design schools and educational institutions to carry out related competitions and papers, but the actual use of very few at the same time there are a lot of problems. In order to make the teaching design of further promotion in the teaching of high school political teachers, give play to the important role of teaching design, practice of the new curriculum reform ideas, improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political course in high school, I focus on in the high school thought political lesson teaching design research, and select a lesson in teaching specific concrete analysis research. On the basis of weighing a variety of factors, the high school ideological and political class teaching version of "economic life" module in the second class eighth box "state finance" as a case study of the specific teaching design. At the same time on the basis of classroom practice evaluation and reflection, sum up experience for the high school ideological and political lesson teaching design of the level of improvement put forward suggestions. The teaching design is conducive to the relevant scholars to make further improvement on the basis of criticism and reference.In this paper, the text part is divided into four parts, the first part introduced the research background of the high school ideological and political teaching design, a brief introduction of the present status of the research.
