The people-oriented education idea is gradually deepening,the elementary education reform is constantly advancing in contemporary society.With the role of class teachers material changes,the leadership qualities and abilities is facing higher requirements in this profound education reform.The stage of junior middle school is in the transition period of the development of life, various changes in the times will inevitably have a certain impact on the physical and mental health of the junior high school students who have not yet mature, let them face a large number of growing pains,such as academic pressure,self identity,interpersonal conflict,etc.These troubles are caused by such reason:although the physiological development rapidly of junior middle school students,the psychological development is relatively slow.Thus leading to the contradiction in the development of physical and mental, and then result in a series of bad behavior.In order to make every junior high school students get a comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development,we must attach importance to the leadership construction of junior high school teachers.At present,there is quite a lack of correlational research on the problem of junior high school class teacher leadership in sight.Stimulating junior high school class head teacher leadership is not only promoting class teacher professional development,but plays an important role in deepening the reform of elementary education as well according to the requirements of elementary education reform.This paper takes Anhui Province in five different regions of the middle school teachers and students as the research object,determining the class teacher leadership dimensions that junior high school students needed through the student questionnaire survey.In order to explore the existing problems of junior high school teacher leadership, find the reasons of the problems, put forward corresponding promotion strategies by using the questionnaire method and interview method.And try to combine the implementation of junior high school class teacher leadership,the work of school management and the goal of moral education to indicates a new direction for teacher professional development.Putting the idea of human-oriented education into secondary education practice to realize the essence requirements of molding or developing people through the promotion of the junior high school class teacher leadership.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:Introduction.The introduction part illustrated its topic basis,research purpose,research significance,research status,related concepts,research ideas and methods of this essay top.The second part: Investigation and analysis of the current situation of junior middle school class teacher leadership.This paper analyze the existing problems in current junior middle school teachers leadership and discuss the root causes to these problems by using professional statistical software SPSS with the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis regarding head teachers and students of fifty middle school of thirteen cities in five different areas of the southern,northern,eastern,western and middle part of Anhui as the object of investigation.The third part:The upgrade strategies of junior high school class teacher leadership. This chapter mainly gives some strategy and specific recommendation based on the relevant reasons affecting junior high school teacher leadership.
