With the rapid development of educational informatization,Teacher leadership has extended its new contents,which requires teachers not only to have effective teaching leadership,but also to exert informatization instructional leadership.However,There are multiple factors such as regions,environments and resources restricting the exertion of informatization instuctional leadership of rural teachers.Thus,In 2014,the Office of the Ministry of Education issued?The Standard for the Information Technology Application Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)?,aiming at solving the regional imbalance in the information construction of primary and secondary schools,narrowing the different levels of teachers and students' ability to use information technology in different regions,it is a standard for teachers' ability to apply information technology in teaching.This study takes teachers in 5 rural secondary schools in S district as the research objects.surveyed 201 secondary school teachers,and interviewed relevant school principals,teachers and students.The study shows that: information-based teaching environment construction is weak,visions of informatization teaching development is insufficient.The informatization teaching is hard to apply,informationized classroom teaching management is unreasonable,informationized extracurricular learning guidance is absent,and reflections on the informatization instructional leadership is not enough etc.After further analyzing the reasons,we puts forward some suggestions:education administrative departments should reform education informatization policy,invest education informatization resources,provide complete informatization hardware and software resources,and build social education informatization platform;schools should carry out information-based teaching training in their own schools,build a leading community of information-based teaching for teachers,and promote the indicators of information-based teaching in teacher evaluation.Rurual secondary teachers themselves strengthen the understanding of informationized teaching leadership,enhance their own information knowledge reserves and information literacy,strengthen the guidance of students informationized extracurricular learning,improve the way of reflection on informationized teaching leadership.
