As an important places of cultivating talents in colleges and universities, the teaching quality of high and low depends on the quality of personnel training, and the factors of affecting the quality of teaching, teachers’ teaching level and teachers’ teaching ability to account for important position. How to improve the level of young university teachers’ teaching ability development has become one of the most important aspects of the work of colleges and universities. This research mainly is given priority to with empirical study, using the questionnaire to three universities of our country’s northeast young teachers teaching ability present situation investigation and combining with the teachers’ job burnout scale found the following questions: One, although young university teachers in the teaching process with many advantages, but in the process of teaching ability development has a lot of problems. Second, from the perspective of emotional exhaustion, physical health, the in the mind is not sound, strong work pressure, emotional fatigue. From the point of view of it, students do not have a high level of skill to master work, personal negative emotions, value. From the point of view of the low sense of achievement, work performance were low, the influence of human environment, school leadership to the work of support and treatment of teachers, teaching evaluation and so on. Three, according to the factors affecting the development of young teachers teaching ability of analysis, put forward how to promote college young teachers teaching ability development strategy.
