| With the promotion of basic education in China,the status of physical education is becoming higher and higher.As a sport with the body as the carrier,the function of physical education provides an important guarantee for students’ physical and mental development and the development requirements of The Times.Rural physical education teachers play an important role in the education reform,which is the key stage related to the development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of primary and secondary school students,and is the material basis for the realization of rural grassroots education.However,at present,there are problems of unreasonable structure of rural teachers,especially physical education teachers as minor subjects.As the main force to promote the development of rural education,novice teachers are still in a dynamic process of development,which has put forward higher requirements for their teaching ability.Therefore,we should attach importance to the teaching ability of novice PE teachers in rural areas of southern Jiangxi,help them quickly adapt to the educational needs of the new era,improve their professional level,and promote the healthy growth of students.This study adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics method for the research method,from the educational ability,innovation ability,teaching design ability,organization management ability,reflection ability from five aspects,the Jiangxi area of rural physical education teachers teaching ability status investigation,analysis problems,Suggestions,provide theory for novice physical education teachers teaching ability to improve support.The results are as follows:1.According to the investigation and analysis of the teaching ability of rural junior high schools in southern Jiangxi,the overall structure of novice physical education teachers in rural junior high schools in southern Jiangxi is reasonable.The age structure is younger;the proportion structure of men and women is unbalanced;only some novice teachers have graduate degree,and the overall education level is reasonable;short,reasonable and work relevance;the skill reserve is not diverse enough;and the career planning belief is not firm enough.2.Based on the current situation,it is found that the following problems of the novice PE teachers in the concept of teaching ability is not thorough enough;the innovation and inquiry motivation is weak;the teaching design guidance is not clear enough;the flexibility and integrity of organization management is lacking;the use of equipment resource management is single;the teaching reflection is insufficient,and the evaluation feedback system should be strengthened,and the evaluation and supervision should be further improved.3.Influencing factors: their own factors,social factors,school factors.Among them,the own factor is the main factor.4.By correctly establishing professional values,further strengthen the scientific and systematic self-evaluation,enhance their own core competence awareness,develop regular communication mechanism,strengthen the scientific research level,formulate career planning and development goals,understand the management knowledge,strengthen their own learning,constantly examine themselves and improve their reflection ability.In other aspects,the school should improve the teaching skills training system,standardize the evaluation link and broaden the communication channels;"department linkage" and "up and down connection",build a set of management system covering the whole chain and the whole process;and pay attention to physical education and talent training,so as to effectively improve the teaching ability of novice physical education teachers and promote the sustainable development of basic education.On this basis,it is suggested that:(1)Encourage the growth of teachers and establish the growth cases of novice teachers(2)Optimize the identity of rural novice physical education teachers(3)Stick to the conversion of love into driving force as the key to their own development(4)Implementation of education policies,schools to further attach importance to the support of novice physical education teachers(5)Improve the teaching quality supervision system of rural physical education teachers... |
